Cancellation Policy
Simple, and the same for everyone. Life happens, and we would much rather help than argue.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Times are counted in America/New_York, the timezone shown in our confirmation email.
Individual sessions

Group circles
Group sessions involve preparation for the whole group, so the notice period is longer.

Rescheduling
- Moving an individual session is free with 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
- Group circles can be moved free with 7 days notice, and twice with less notice if a suitable date exists.
- If I cancel a session, a refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more.
- Where payment was by bank transfer, any refund is by bank transfer and may take longer.
If you are unwell, injured, bereaved, or something genuinely unexpected has happened, tell me. A short message is enough and I will release the fee without asking for evidence. I would far rather help you than keep the money.
This is not limited to emergencies. If the fee is the reason you are hesitating to arrange a session, say so plainly and we will work something out.
Cancellations by us
If a session has to be cancelled by Reindolf Monnie — illness, travel, an unavoidable conflict — you receive a full refund or a free move to another time, whichever you prefer. For group circles affected by this, I will also offer an extra session at no charge where the disruption was significant.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late the session may need to be shortened or ended, because the time is held for you and, for group sessions, for everyone else. The fee is not reduced, but a shortened session is not charged twice if you need to rebook.
How to cancel
Any of these work, and no written reason is needed:
- Reply to the email in which we agreed the session with you.
- Email info@reindolfmonnieglobalwellness.com with "cancellation" in the subject.
- Use the contact form, quoting your enquiry reference if you have it.
Include your enquiry reference if you have it. Cancellations are confirmed by email once processed. Because no payment is taken on this website, nothing needs cancelling on your card — you are only telling us not to go ahead.
Non-attendance
A session that has been paid for and not attended, with no notice, is treated as a cancellation within the notice period and the fee stands. Repeated non-attendance without notice may mean we can no longer hold a regular slot for you, which we will always explain first.
Disputes
If something here does not seem fair, say so and it will be looked at properly. Almost everything is resolved by a conversation.
Scope reminder
Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness offers meditation, wellness and spiritual support. Practitioners are not medical or mental-health clinicians, and nothing offered here is a diagnosis, medical treatment, or a cure for any physical or mental-health condition. Sessions are complementary to professional care and are not a substitute for it.
