2. Agreement

By using this website or booking a session with Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send an enquiry. We may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

3. No clinical relationship

A session is not a clinical appointment. Reindolf Monnie is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or manage any physical or mental-health condition. Nothing said in a session should be relied on as medical advice, and nothing here creates a clinician and patient relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or any medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. This website is not monitored as a crisis service.

4. Sessions and fees

• Individual sessions are 262145150 for 30 minutes.
• Group packages are 2621451,500, 2621452,000 or 2621452,500. Custom arrangements start at 2621452,500 and are quoted in writing.
• All prices are in USD and include any applicable charges we state in writing.
• No payment is taken on this website. There is no checkout and no card form here. We agree the price and time with you first, then arrange payment between us by a method we confirm in writing.
• A session is confirmed only when we have agreed it with you by email or in writing. Nothing you submit on this site is booked on its own.
• Fees are reviewed periodically; the price we confirm in writing is the price that applies to your session.

5. Availability and rescheduling

This website does not show a live diary and does not hold a time for you. A time becomes yours only once we have confirmed it in writing. We may occasionally need to change an agreed time; if we do, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund of anything you have already paid.

6. What a session involves

A session may include a short conversation, guided breathing, stillness practice and practical grounding. You may talk, remain silent, or keep your eyes open throughout. Nothing is imposed. You may stop or leave at any point.

7. Health and participation

It is your responsibility to tell Reindolf Monnie about any medical condition, medication, recent injury or pregnancy before a session. Practise only to the extent that feels comfortable, take breaks when you need them, and stop if anything feels wrong.

Group participants are asked not to photograph or record sessions, and to respect the privacy of others present.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in a session is treated as confidential and is not shared with anyone, including family, employers or group organisers, without your permission. There are two limits: where disclosure is required by law, and where there is a clear and immediate risk of serious harm to you or to someone else.

Group sessions are not confidential between participants. Please do not repeat what others share during a circle.

9. Cancellations

Our full terms are set out in the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, cancel free with at least 24 hours notice for individual sessions and 48 hours for group circles.

10. No promised results

We do not promise any particular outcome, and no testimonial on this website is a guarantee of what you will experience. Meditation, wellness and spiritual support can be valuable, but effects vary from person to person and situation to situation. Testimonials describe individual experiences only.

11. Website use

• You may read, print and share these pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy the content or design to build a competing service.
• You may not attempt to access the site, its data files or its server without permission.
• Content is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is complete or error free.
• Sending an enquiry does not reserve a time or create any exclusive right to one.

12. Payments and refunds

This website takes no payment and collects no card or bank details. Any payment is arranged separately between us, and the method, currency and any applicable fees are confirmed to you in writing before you pay. Where a refund is due under the Cancellation Policy, it is returned using the method you paid by, within 10 working days. Bank or card processing times may add a few days beyond that.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from a session, including loss of health outcome, income or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, layout and design of this site belong to Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness. Meditation and wellness terminology used descriptively remains the property of its respective traditions.

15. Enquiries submitted here

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a time. A contract arises only when we have agreed the session, the time and the price with you in writing. We aim to reply to every message within one working day, but we do not operate outside business hours.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reindolf Monnie is established. Where you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available where you live.
